Welcome to Trophy Sign & More. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Confirmation & Design Approval
All personalized and custom orders are processed only after final design approval by the customer.
- Design proofs are sent via WhatsApp or email for review.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all details, including names, dates, spelling, images, and logos.
- Once the design is approved, no changes can be made.
Trophy Sign & More is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
2. Production Time
Our standard production time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
- Production begins after full payment and design approval.
- Production times may vary during peak seasons.
- Customers will be notified once the order is complete and ready for pickup or shipment.
3. Pickup & Shipping
We offer the following delivery options:

Free local pickup in Garnerville, NY
(Pickup address provided after order confirmation) - Nationwide shipping within the United States via USPS® and UPS®.
- Free shipping on orders of $200 or more
Shipping details:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.
- Tracking information is provided by email once the order has shipped.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Trophy Sign & More is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- We accept all major payment methods available on our website.
- Orders will not be processed without confirmed payment.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or refunds once the design is approved.
However, if there is an error caused by Trophy Sign & More, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before design approval.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
