Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once the design has been approved and production has started.

Please review your personalization details (names, text, dates, spelling, and design) carefully before approving your order.

However, if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in personalization, printing, or engraving that does not match the approved design), we will gladly correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL

For personalized orders requiring a design proof, the proof will be sent to the email address and/or WhatsApp number provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking their messages promptly.

Customers have 24 hours from the time the proof is sent to approve the design or request corrections. If no response is received within 24 hours, the design will automatically be considered approved, and production may begin to meet processing and shipping deadlines.

Once a design has been approved, or automatically considered approved after 24 hours, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted. Trophy Sign & More will provide a replacement only if the finished product contains a production error on our part or does not match the approved design. We are not responsible for errors in names, dates, spelling, images, or other information submitted by the customer.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer errors in submitted text or design details
  • Minor variations in color or placement due to the customization process
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
