Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once the design has been approved and production has started.

Please review your personalization details (names, text, dates, spelling, and design) carefully before approving your order.

However, if there is an error on our part (such as a mistake in personalization, printing, or engraving that does not match the approved design), we will gladly correct or replace the item at no additional cost.


We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer errors in submitted text or design details
  • Minor variations in color or placement due to the customization process
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
